Case Studies

I document each engagement in three parts: the challenge as it stood, the approach I took, and the results that followed. Client names are withheld where the work sits under NDA.

Sovereign Web States

Sovereign Web States

The Challenge
The client's site was a fragmented stack of template builders and third-party plugins: high latency, a diluted brand signal, and no ownership of the underlying infrastructure. Every launch added another external dependency and more load-time drag.
The Approach
I start with architecture — how the site loads, how the brand's systems connect, and what the client should own outright — then build it in hard code with native API integration and a private operational hub. No template layer, no plugin stack, no third-party dependencies.
Measurable Results
  • ▸3.2x reduction in page load latency across primary entry routes
  • ▸Full ownership of frontend architecture — zero third-party template dependencies
  • ▸Native AI API integration enabling real-time generative product narratives
  • ▸Closed-circuit operational hub deployed for internal team coordination
Deployment Payload
  • ▸Custom HTML/CSS/JS frontend architecture
  • ▸Native AI API integration for localized generative processes
  • ▸WebXR prototype environments for spatial immersion
  • ▸Closed-circuit operational hubs and private structural compendiums

Post-Biological Curation
Latent-Space Synthesis / Virtual Identity
Independent Music Label
Synthetic Avatars

Synthetic Avatars

The Challenge
The label wanted to release a roster of artists who existed only as synthetic entities, but the available generative tools produced homogenized, plastic output, and the curators' own instincts kept diluting the archetypes.
The Approach
I designed each character as an archetype first, then built the visual and vocal identity from that foundation, routing the generative output through analog hardware so it carries tactile weight instead of a synthetic sheen.
Measurable Results
  • ▸Four synthetic avatars developed with complete visual lore and psychological profiles
  • ▸Generative vocal modeling routed through analog hardware for tactile signal integrity
  • ▸First label release routed end-to-end without a single biological performer
  • ▸Oscilloscope visualizers deployed as native release artwork
Deployment Payload
  • ▸Synthetic avatar development — archetype, visual lore, psychological profile
  • ▸Generative audio processing — neural vocal modeling, framework iteration
  • ▸Analog hardware processing — mixdowns, oscilloscope visualizer generation
  • ▸End-to-end digital label release routing

Esoteric Cartography
Radical Immersion / Brand Mythos
Luxury Goods Atelier
Brand Mythos

Brand Mythos

The Challenge
The atelier had a century of craft behind it, but a brand expression built on inherited assumptions and market mimicry. Their positioning read as derivative luxury, indistinguishable from competitors who outspent them tenfold, and the substance of the house sat buried under layers of strategic compromise.
The Approach
I open with a shadow audit of the current brand expression, then build the mythology and narrative framework from what the audit surfaces. The result is a structural master key for every creative decision that follows.
Measurable Results
  • ▸Foundational mythology documented across three core archetypes
  • ▸Archetypal synastry framework applied to product launch timing
  • ▸Brand expression rebuilt from somatic truth rather than market positioning
  • ▸Three dialectic strategy sessions collapsed persistent cognitive distortions in leadership
Deployment Payload
  • ▸Comprehensive shadow audits of current brand expression
  • ▸Foundational mythology and lore documentation
  • ▸Archetypal synastry applied to brand timing and strategy
  • ▸Dialectic strategy sessions to collapse cognitive distortions

I open every engagement with an Initiation: a short brief on your current paradigm, the friction holding it back, and what you actually want to say.
